These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.solarresolutionusa.com (the "Site"), operated by Solar Resolution Group, LLC ("SRG," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you engage SRG for services, your Client Service Agreement governs those services; if it conflicts with these Terms, the Client Service Agreement controls.

1. Not a law firm; no professional relationship. SRG is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. Content on the Site is general information, may not be current, and is not a substitute for advice about your situation from a licensed professional.

2. No guarantee of results. Any description of possible outcomes is illustrative only. Results depend on individual facts and vary. We do not promise any outcome.

3. Your information. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only documents you have the right to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use information.

4. Communications. If you consent to calls or texts, our SMS Terms apply. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.

5. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no interference with its operation, no automated scraping, and no submitting someone else's information without permission.

6. Intellectual property. The Site's content, logos, and design belong to SRG or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party links. Links to other sites are for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SRG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any matter relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Dispute resolution for Site-related disputes. Any dispute about your use of the Site that we can't resolve informally will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Before starting arbitration, send written notice to info@solarresolutionusa.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. This section does not apply to services provided under a Client Service Agreement, which has its own terms. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing info@solarresolutionusa.com within 30 days of first using the Site.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your state's consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date.
