We help homeowners untangle solar agreements that went wrong.
Solar Resolution Group is a consumer advocacy and case management company based in Chandler, Arizona. We work with homeowners who feel misled, overcharged, or stuck in a solar lease, PPA, or loan, and we help them pursue a fair resolution.
Why we started
Solar can be a great investment. But in neighborhoods across Arizona, and then across the country, we kept hearing the same stories. A friendly salesperson at the door. A tablet, a signature, a promise that the electric bill would disappear. Then came the second bill, the payment that went up every year, the system that sat on the roof for months without being turned on.
Many of these homeowners were retirees on fixed incomes. Many were embarrassed, as if they should have known better. Most had called the solar company, the installer, and the lender, and gotten passed around until they gave up.
We started Solar Resolution Group to be the call that doesn't pass you around. We read the paperwork, organize the facts, and give people a clear, honest picture of their options. When a case needs a formal demand or arbitration, we coordinate with independent, licensed counsel and keep the homeowner informed the whole way.
